You buy your Christmas Tree yet?

nope. something about cutting down the tree to put on display to die just bugs me. so we go with a nice looking fake tree.

wich i will put up probably next weekend.

We've always gone with fake ones too. Surprised people still use live ones these days. They're messy, start to look crappy, and are a HUGE fire hazard. To think backin the day they used to put candles on those trees. 😱 There must of been lot of christmas house fires.

I'm very anti pre-Thanksgiving Day christmas decorations.

you should not be carving your turkey and watching the game next to a christmas tree.

if you are getting a cut tree, I think it's way too early. We have a fake one due to my wife's allergies sohave it, but it won't go up until after Thanksgiving.

The hubby and I just bought and decorated our Christmas tree tonight. It's our first Christmas tree together 😀 since we usually spend Christmas at my parents.
I also put out the out the Christmas decorations for the house while hubby was at work.

Growing up we always had our tree and decorated it on Thanksgiving while everyone was cooking. Since we do not have children, we're spending the day with my family so putting up ours during Thanksgiving it out.

This is my first married Christmas. Went with my wife yesterday to buy some basic outdoor decorations. We got some pre-lit garland for around our front door and 2 pre-lit trees in pots to put on our front porch. We'll pick up a pre-lit tree sometime soon. Anybody know of any good deals on a 7-7.5' pre-lit tree?

I got mine from Sears. They had a great selection when I bought mine. I think I saw their displays out last week.
