So, tonight after my usual workout, I did a yoga routine. Specifically, the DDP yoga. I have to say, I actually liked it. I have pretty bad flexibility, but this wasn't too taxing. At least, I don't feel it yet! I am going to stick with this for awhile.

Anyone else dabble in any yoga?

DDP yoga is good. No bullshit mysticism or stupid hippy bullshit. Just an athletic dude with large breasted women doing yoga. Wait until you try the fat burning 1 or 2 sessions.
