Trump was pretty honest about wanting to deport all illegals, right from the start. Yes, he made mention about a path to legalization, but that didn't seem to be his main focus. He wanted them GONE. While it might not make good sense for the country to round up all 11,000,000 of them at once...it sure plays well with his base. (and, even though I despise Trump, I would like to see them deported...then allowed to come back legally)

He got what he wanted from them and if a few thousands have to suffer from their choice to help elect him, then hey, no big deal, he'll make it up to them by taking their gov't sponsored health care away along with all of their other social safety nets that the gov't "used to" provide. I can't wait for thousands of other Americans getting ill from consuming contaminated foods that deregulation allows into the food chain. Better yet, I'm absolutely beside myself thinking about the next over the cliff crash the economy is going to experience now that the checks and restraints that keep Wall St. somewhat "honest" are going to get the hatchet job "it deserves".

Yes, they should have to leave and apply for Permanent Resident status like all spouses of an US Citizen has to do. It only takes 16 to 20 months for the process. During the process time the spouse is not allowed to get a visit Visa.

People believe in their candidates and their policies. When that doesn't happen they justify and blame someone else. Only when they are personally impacted do they question and not always then.

But it's awful to find that people actually don't consider that the promises may kept and that surprises them and of course this woman should not complain as Trump is right about everything he says, and he is keeping his promise to her.

I don't think this is kind of thinking is all that uncommon, but the surprise is the thing for me. "Why are you crying? You knew I was a snake".
