I have been reading alot about pricematching with Staples. But I still have some questions that have gone unanswered.
1) If Staples charges you a mandatory next day shipping fee, is it the next day shipping of Staples or of the competitor? Like if you pricematch with Buy.com and their next day is $35 and Staples' next day is $25, do you pay Buy's? or Staples?
2) If they charge you next day shipping does that mean that Staples will ship your product next day? I would hope so but I think I've read situations where they are shipping ground?
3) What if it's quicker for you to receive a product via ground than air? I used to order from www.upgradesource.com and they had a wherehouse like 45 minutes from where I lived. I would get things next day and pay only ground. I made the mistake of paying for next day and when I complained they explained that it was alot faster shipping ground. It was, in my situation.
4) Is pricematching considered a "deal" which cannot be combined with other offers?
5) Where is their call center located? I want to call at odd hours so they don't give me too much trouble
Thanks for anyone who can help!
