No need to contact them since UPS re-delivered it yesterday (see my earlier post with link to pics).

There's no fear involved.
If I paid for an item, I expect it to be delivered to my address.

now please explain to me why the OP would be mad at newegg for UPS not delivering the package and i'll understand the whole ordeal.

because the OP is a idiot.

Where did I say they were responsible?
I said I don't know if I should be mad at UPS or Newegg.

I'm not sure where people are getting the idea that I'm placing blame on them.
Read the topic summary. Read more than 50% of my OP.

You didn't say they were responsible and BBYT never said that you said newegg was responsible either. Take your own advice and learn to read.

BBYT asked waggy why you would be MAD at newegg, and Waggy answered with an appropriate response: "because the OP is an idiot"

Where in my OP did I say(or show) that I was mad at Newegg?
Take your own advice and learn to read?

Sunday evening, I ordered this printer.

Tuesday morning at 8:30am EST, I called to have the order cancelled.
They said it has already shipped that I should refuse the package.

Wednesday(Today) at 8:54am, I recieve an email from Newegg telling me that my order has shipped with the included tracking number.
My first thought was WTF?

I track the package and see it's out for delivery. It's 2:30pm and I'm going to work. I told my brother that if UPS delivers a package that he should refuse it.
I come home and don't see any package. My brother said UPS stopped accross the street, but didn't stop here.

I check online for the tracking information, it says it was delivered at 4:12pm on the front porch.
I called UPS. They say they have proof of the delivery that it was delivered at 4:12pm. The note the driver left them was that it was delivered "behind a bush". I checked the bushes around my house and didn't see any package. I asked him what happened to requiring signatures? He said "That's up to the supplier to require it". I asked him what is this proof of delivery? How can one prove something like this especially without a signature? Just word of mouth? He says "when the driver delivers the package, they scan it out."
That still doesn't prove that it was delivered to the correct house.
Does UPS ever knock on the door for anything at all?

1.) How can one refuse a package if UPS justs leaves it on the front porch?
2.) How can one refuse a package if you don't recieve it?

If I don't see a resolution to this issue within 2 weeks I will be doing a chargeback.
I've had credit cards for 7 years and I've never had to do(or attempt to do) a chargeback on any issue at all before.
This is ridiculous. I don't know whether to throw my anger at UPS, Newegg, or both.

The post you quoted means exactly what it means.
Saying "I don't know whether to throw my anger at UPS, Newegg, or both" doesn't mean I threw a fit at Newegg.
Did you completely glance over the "I don't know" part of my quote?

You said you didn't know who to throw your anger at. NE was one of the listed groups to throw your anger at.

BBYT asks WHY you would be mad at NE.

Waggy replies with b/c you are an idiot.

I don't see what's so hard to understand about that.

Yeah, I'm confused by this too. I can't see any logical reason why you'd even consider being mad at NewEgg in this situation. From how you've described it, they've been helpful every step of the way. So unless there's something you haven't told us, why would you say you're not sure who to be mad at? Is it because NewEgg did something you're unhappy about, or because you're an idiot as Waggy suggests? We know you aren't actually mad at NewEgg but why would the thought even come up?

They usually process orders the next business day. You should have called on Monday morning to cancel the order.

If you do a chargeback Newegg "blacklists" you. One of my roommates did and Newegg won't do business w/ him anymore (no one with his name and from his address).

If you explain to them that you couldn't refuse the package because UPS just left it at your door, they should be able to help you w/ the return. Usually they'll email a prepaid UPS label to you and give you a full refund (item + shipping).

how can they help him with the retrun when he didnt get the item?

if ups dropped it off..its on him now. he needs to contact ups most likely. Newegg fulfilled there end of the deal. he ordered something they sent it. UPS is at fault here

no. UPS say they dropped it off. they said "The note the driver left them was that it was delivered "behind a bush". I checked the bushes around my house and didn't see any package."

so they claim to h ave droped it off but he does not have the package. UPD just claims they did and they have no proof that they did.

but he also said his brother says they stoped across the street. odds are that is where the item is.

They did drop it off, at the house across the street.

But OP stated it is not his responsibilities to walk over for a quick check. What a douche.

i think the only logical reason is that he's an idiot like waggy suggested.

Nope, it's not.
They're paid to do their job correctly.
