Sunday evening, I ordered this printer.

Tuesday morning at 8:30am EST, I called to have the order cancelled.
They said it has already shipped that I should refuse the package.
Wednesday(Today) at 8:54am, I recieve an email from Newegg telling me that my order has shipped with the included tracking number.
My first thought was WTF?
I track the package and see it's out for delivery. It's 2:30pm and I'm going to work. I told my brother that if UPS delivers a package that he should refuse it.
I come home and don't see any package. My brother said UPS stopped accross the street, but didn't stop here.
I check online for the tracking information, it says it was delivered at 4:12pm on the front porch.
I called UPS. They say they have proof of the delivery that it was delivered at 4:12pm. The note the driver left them was that it was delivered "behind a bush". I checked the bushes around my house and didn't see any package. I asked him what happened to requiring signatures? He said "That's up to the supplier to require it". I asked him what is this proof of delivery? How can one prove something like this especially without a signature? Just word of mouth? He says "when the driver delivers the package, they scan it out."
That still doesn't prove that it was delivered to the correct house.
😕
Does UPS ever knock on the door for anything at all?
1.) How can one refuse a package if UPS justs leaves it on the front porch?
2.) How can one refuse a package if you don't recieve it?
If I don't see a resolution to this issue within 2 weeks I will be doing a chargeback.
I've had credit cards for 7 years and I've never had to do(or attempt to do) a chargeback on
any issue at all before.
This is ridiculous. I don't know whether to throw my anger at UPS, Newegg, or both.
