The democrat party, preaching tolerance (for everyone else, not ourselves) since 1765.

I'd assault anyone affiliated with that prick or his site just on principle.

While Breitbart is a douche, it's too bad the guy who the congressman grabbed didn't break his arm for holding him. Smart of him not to and all, but it's too bad he wasn't taught a lesson - you can't just assault people because you're powerful.

Haha sweet jesus. That guy confirms mouth breathers walk on both sides of the aisle.

"Who are you" with a drooping mouth.

How fucking stupid are these congressman anyways? The guy is filming you and this is your reaction?

Chalk this up to more violence from the Tea Baggers, oh wait................

Assuming it went down as the two videos (each of the two kids in the video were filming) portrayed, he should be charged, censured, and forced (and if not, then voted) out of office:

Not exactly sure why the students didn't identify themselves or their schools, if it's for a student project... but that's irrelevant and has no bearing on the fact that he had no right to lay hands on either of them.

What difference does it make?
Asking someone a question is no excuse for assault. I don't care who you are.

I could walk into the middle of the million man march dress in KKK gear and it still wouldn't be an excuse to assault someone.

Who are you...who are you? As if he's gonna unleash a can of top secret whoop ass on this kid later on when no one is looking. What a tool.

At least he didn't initiate the interaction, say in an airport men's room or a gay bar, and try to suck his dick or date him.

As improper as this was, you've got to give him that. :awe:

I don't understand what this congressman could have possibly been thinking. If he didn't want to talk to a camera, he could have easilly just smiled, nodded his head, said hello, and kept walking. If I were that college kid, I would file assault charges against this guy. Geez!

Back in 1996 my wife and I were touring DC. We were on the backside of the capital building at a park (can't remember the name), watching German Chancelor Helmut Kohl give a speach, and decided we'd walk over to the capital steps. As we were crossing the street there happened to be some guy in a suit walking next to me. A security guard at the capital steps said "Stop! Where do you think you are going?" The guy in the suit and I looked at each other, I said "Up the capital steps", and the guy in the suit put his arm on my shoulder and "He's with me." We went up the capital steps, my wife and I stopped, and the guy in the suit winked and kept walking. My wife asked if I knew who that was? She then told me it was Joseph Kennedy II. I replied with "Well, he seems like a nice enough guy for a Democrat". ;)

Wow, regardless of party affiliation I don't think anybody should tolerate this sort of behavior from a member of the U.S. congress.
