I had that webhancer crap on my comp too. Even after uninstalling, files were left in the program files/webhancer directory. There was a .dll file that I was never able to delete too. The only way I was able to delete it was disconnect my cable modem. Once it didn't detect an Internet connection at startup, I guess it didn't load...
Also, it's normal that Z-Alarm gives you many warnings, mine actually gives like 100 in an hour sometimes. Just set it up so warnings don't pop up and let it do its job.
If it were my computer, I'd definitely reformat, but I know how annoying it is...:disgust:
