Anyone get a raise this year?

Mine is barely on par with inflation... 2.2%

I don't find out until 3/31/2013

Last March I got 5%

Guess I am the best ATOT poster they have because company average was 1.5%.

Last year got 4.5%. Hope to get at least that this year or, better yet, a promotion with a 20% or higher raise.

We get ours around the end of March, but I won't be getting one...promoted last month and there's some dead period where you're not eligible, apparently. They incorporated a 4% raise into my promotion, although it was probably already there anyways.

We've always had 5% separating the classes. The ones below me got 5% in Jan 2012. So they are within a few dollars of me.
We get 3% in July (not the 5% they got). Sometimes I hate the State.
6 years till retirement.

1.3% in January from my seniority/yearly bump. Only 3 of those left after this one...

I actually have my bi-yearly review today. I'll find out if I got a raise next week.

The last 3 years I have gotten between 6-8% each year. I developed a huge money saving contraption this year, so we shall see if it reflects my raise.

Last one was 8%, reviews are starting now and raises would not be until next year.

3% on top of the promotion from last Feb, so I'm not complaining this year.

Changing jobs gave me a 12% increase, but aside from changing jobs, I had a yearly cost of living increase which was 2%. The collective agreement says we'll get 2% next year, the year after, and 2.5% the last year before renegotiation.
