This past june I started a rumor that I had a job offer and got a 14% raise. Don't think I'm going to qualify for an increase thus January.

Had a 15% in august, crossing my fingers for another one in january since that is my anniversary...but not holding my breath!

Layoffs have given me about a 20% raise over the last 5 years (laid off 3 times) keep getting hired for more,

I got 2.5% last year. But it wasn't bad since I'd only been an employee 4 months at the time. This year I should get at least that much but probably more. I'd say good odds on a promotion. 2.5% seems to be the average normal year non promotion raise I've gotten most places . One place it was 3%.

No raises here in two (2) years (our org has frozen raises indefinitely).

Fortunately I learned how to live within my means 30 years ago so it's all good ...

Yes..about 2.something %. However, we get about 10% profit sharing [usually equal to 1 pay period] every quarter which helps balance out a raise that doesn't cover the increased cost of living expenses.

Last job to this one (switched in June) netted a ~45% raise. Got a 7.5% raise 3 months in. Have a 6 month review here coming up as well that should be ~5% I'm thinking.

10% last year on my 1 year anniversary. Still think I am underaid though, was gonna ask for another one on my 2 year but my team is working on closing a huge fortune 10 client so I am gonna wait until we secure that before asking for a raise again. Could still be a couple months yet so just gonna have to wait it out.

Got a nice 9.6% raise in July and a promotion in October which was another 22% raise. Its been a good year.

Still don't know.
My supervisor was to hear what he could give sometime within the past week or two.
Still no word.

2.4% or something.. Don't even remember exactly since I already know the only way forward is to find another employer.

just recently got 10% with a another 10% promised in May (my yearly review is in May, but I demanded a 6 month review w/ salary adjustment) Plus a minimum bonus in May of $4k, so I got that to look forward to.
