Yay... tornados.

I came home early from work to "be the man" for my wife and kids in this impending weather we have. Tornado sirens went off twice so far... all I've done is unpacked my replacement 24" LCD from Dell checking to see how well it works.

Interesting ... I live in the same area, guess I'll see what my neighborhood looks like when I get home 🙂

Scary. So glad I don't live in a place that gets stuff like that. I enjoy storms, but I don't enjoy losing my house, belongings, and possible loved ones. Good luck, hopefully it misses your area.

Make sure to get some pics if a tornado gets close!

Sure, I'll make sure to get close enough to use my macro lens........

Definitely, I'd love to see a close up of a fly being thrashed by the twister :Q

If it makes you feel better, i have heartburn.... Damn Pho.

😛

Seriously though, good luck.

Yeah, classes got canceled in Tuscaloosa.

My test got canceled, so now I have until Tuesday to study. 😎

all kinds of warnings/precautions were taken here and as usual nothing happened but regular ol' rain, a little thunder, and a smattering of lightning

Be sure to grab that last minute tornado insurance.

It's like buying earthquake insurance or flood insurance in Florida... it's not gonna happen.

Or if you do get it they will say the damage wasn't done because of the tornado but because of a tree falling on your house and it only covers ficus. 😉

I'll never understand why people choose to live where ice ages occur regularly, geologically speaking.

I'll never understand why people choose to live where dingoes eat babbys.

Let's not live anywhere, shall we?
