I'm hoping someone here will have the time to help me get a workout routine set up to get me to my goals.
Right now I'm about 6'0" and 160-165. I'm hoping to thin down a bit as I'm not too muscular, and then later start building some muscle and definition. I'm at college and have full access to a track, healthy meals, and a gym. Only problem is I have no idea what to do besides eat less and run.
