I tip a buck or two. Doesn't really matter.

But if it's a hot girl, tip enough for extra services ;)

Plates or napkins? Come on man. Come on. I suppose you could have asked for that specifically when you called but I have never heard of a driver hauling those around with deliveries.

I always tip $5 per pie and $2 for extra dish. It may seem like a lot but I don't order delivery that often and when I do I like it to get here FAST so by tipping well drivers remember me and get me my food quick.

Costco only has plates because they use them when people order by the slice. I've never heard of a delivery guy giving plates and napkins.

I usually just round up, as long as it's equal to or more than $2.

on a $21.08 bill, I'd give the person a twenty and a five and call it a day.

No, it's not like that. That is a restaurant type service, you're ordering take out.
See the difference?

The whole point is that you're asking for plates and napkins with your pizza. PIZZA!
Were you going to use thoes napkins to dap the grease off your pizza?
Did you get upset that they didn't have silverware for you either?

Pick up the pizza with your hands and eat it, then lick your fingers.

every pizza place around here will bring paper plates and napkins if you ask for them. but you have to actually ask on the phone; I doubt the drivers carry that crap around with them.

it was nice when we'd order pizza at school as a last-minute thing (many late nights working on the yearbook and school paper in high school and all-day D&D sessions in the student building in college), since the school never had that stuff laying around.

Tipping is a stupid tradition.

Usually only $1 if you are going to a low-cost chain haircut place. Usually significantly more if you go to a salon and get a real haircut. This tradition was started by the ladies.
