I actually listen to the POS Randi Rhodes.....everything she says is exactly what the DailyKOS, HuffPo, and all the libs on here say.

Well , I guess it's mutual. Just to be clear, though, I don't take issue with your partisanism, just your whining and dissembling. It hardly strikes me as newsworthy that Randi Rhodes said something negative about Palin, any more than if Rush says something negative about Obama - he has made a career out of that kind of negativity. I DO think there is some significance when a major-party nominee for President lies about another candidate, which Senator McCain seems to have made a hobby out of doing.

The reason I use leftist is because you people always take issue when I use "democrat"(because you CLAIM to be independent) or "liberal", or whatever else. So I've gone to using the generic "leftist" because it fits you people and you can't weasel out of it like you try with the others.

There are many here, and I'm pretty sure I've heard Obama himself do it (recall the remark about "hiding their hand"?), that try to blame McCain for what people like Rush & Hannity say. So, to be fair, what CAD said is just *turnabout & fair play*.
Personally, I don't believe McCain has any more control over Rush than Obama has over Rhodes, which is to say "NONE".

It's funny, I finally listened to the clip in the OP, and I'm sure I even understand it. I don't think it's offensive to say that Sarah Palin is opinionated and outspoken - I think she would agree with that. Rhodes says Palin is the kind of woman who is friends with teenage boys, and that you wouldn't want your teenage son sleeping at her house, but frankly the innuendo just strikes me as confusing. She doesn't actually say Palin sleeps with them, and I don't know that I even understand what she's implying. In any case it certainly isn't any more offensive than any number of things Rush, Hannity, Coulter and company say on a routine basis, nor any more newsworthy. If this board degenerates into a place where EVERY snarky comment by a pundit is treated as news, there won't be room for anything else.
