why is it when you have to take a urine test, they give you a cup and tell you to fill it up to the line thats like a millimeter below the top of the cup??? do they want you to make a mess of yourself?? or is it just some sick joke that they play?

Yeah well if you can stop peeing mid way it means your muscles are good. You should be able to do this and when you have sex it will be better also.
