yah basically some type of pulldown and some type of row. i also do pullups.
my lats are one muscle that don't really stick out or anything. it's always been one of my less dominant muscles. shoulders have always been my biggest muscle.
How many lbs are you lifting? I have always though my lats and legs were the strongest part of my body (chest is very weak).
depend what I do. i use a hammer strength machine for pulldowns and typically put like 125lbs or so on each side of it. then for rows on the hammer strength I put like 150lbs on each side and I do them 1 side at a time.
