I am 5'10 190lbs. I work in Philly, I know and have met face to face with quite a few folks who are or used to be here. You work or live around here send me a PM and we can meet face to face. I don't drink though and I am not huge Italian food guy either.

I just don't like all the racist bullshit against blacks I have read here for years.

We are not animals, Savages, Monkeys, or Apes.
Despite what Chris Rock said in jest, we are not seperated into two groups of blacks and n!ggers.
We are not stupid or unable to learn despite how many times I have seen the Bell Curve theory posted here.
We don't hunt whites in packs. Some of us actually have married and live quite happy with the opposite race.
We don't all steal.
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have done more good than harm. But they are not our leaders and don't speak for all black people.
We do graduate from college even from Ivy league schools.
AA only mostly applys to government jobs and those who work with government mostly. So if a black person has a job sitting next to you and your business is not in the preceding statement 9 times out of 10 he fucking earned it.

This is just a sample of the thinking that is put forth here. I am not a politcally correct person, but it has become nauseating. And I don't care if they don't like me because I am loud mouthed, bleep them. If anyone ever read about black people and used what is posted here as a resource, they would shoot us on sight. Normally i do not agree with you but with this. With this i would have jumped in and if i by accident had to hurt someone seriously, then that is just the way it is. How can you refer to these two black girls as animals, but totally overlook the group of whites who recently violently murdered that boy?

As for the mods and the job they do, they have to judge themselves. Clear violations they handle promptly and always have. But these slick overt things they don't always. I interpreted the "Hate Crime in Baltimore" as meaning a hate crime against a transsexual. Not because the victim was white.
All the articles I have read on it state there is a possibility this could be charged as a hate crime "based on gender identity."

You can learn a lot of stuff here. You can ask questions and get some great answers from some great people. Good luck finding a board this active that is this on the up and up. A great defense team and a jury who bought OJ's acting job got him the free pass. It wasn't because he was innocent. It was because the justice system in this country does fail at times.

Juries do not find defendants innocent, they find them "not guilty". It may seem like splitting hairs but there is a world of difference. It means the evidence as presented in court was not sufficient for them to find the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Let me ask you this since you like to deal with everything in terms of race, there were some famous cases of white defendants being found "not guilty" in murdering blacks by juries in Mississippi in the 1950's. Do you believe those defendants are innocent because they were found "not guilty" by a jury?

Hmm not quite the same thing. All those jurys were white judging white defendants. OJs jury did have 2 whites and 1 hispanic. I am certainly not going to argue the OJ trial, lol. But the point is this. With many, having a black man display the power of money to win a high profile murder case was unheard of. All of sudden the failings of the justice system was so apparent. But in all those cases like you just mentioned, those people walked away back into society with complete exhoneration. Sadly we have them now dragging in 70-80 year old men for crimes they committed 40 years ago. Hell those men have lived their lives fully, ain't no need trying for some late "in word only" justice now.

And let me tell you, lol. My father-inlaw like a drum, beat the OJ thing to death with my wife. Called her a fool and labeled me dangerous. I ain't lying , that old dude was talking trash bigtime. That was always my favorite part of the trial. Still today if you have enough money or power you can pretty much get away with anything. Worst you get is a slap on the wrist. Or some vaca time in Club Fed. Look at Madoff. Hell he is even defaulting on his fines because he was smart enough to hide all his money with his kids and family and now he claims he is completely bankrupt.

With all that said the only person people universally seem to detest for beating the system is OJ Simpson. And for fuck sake the justice system actually got back at him and threw the book at him for trying to steal back his own stuff.

OJ might have been guilty as hell but our society seems perfectly content with system as is.
