Are all people in these forums rude like this? I've only posted twice and been called a butwipe(s) both times. Thats bad enough, but coming from a freakin Wendys shift manager??? That hurts!

What kind of organization lets someone this young and incompitent be in charge of a whole production facility. Either the coroporation isn't really that MAJOR or the production facility is responsible for producing something really lame that nobody could give a crap about anyway.
WE are a MAJOR corporation and we produce enough food each day to feed over 3000 customers EVERY day. Yes Kristen was in charge of our Frosty machine but we have to learn our workers so they are encouraged to reach for the sun. It doesn't really matter what corporation I work for but that it is big and you have been there and if you were wanting a job I doubt I would hire someone with your attitudes. I asked for advise not backtalk.
PS you misspelled incompatent buttwipe.
Oh man, this is rich.Originally posted by: Rapidskies

I have a serious issue that maybe can be helped with advise. I work for a MAJOR corporation and am the manager at my location. Recently it was brought to my attention that one of our major production facilities came to a stand still because Kristen failed to flush the cleaning agents from the system during nightly maintanance. While I can see any one can make a mistake once but this is the third time and call me a fool once but the third times the charm. Ok so the EASY advise would be to fire Kristen but I believe in being an enabler and think she could do well with another warning. Her bonuses are she is often ontime, 110% committed, and usually works hardly and is very cute like a young Charlies angles. Can anyone be perfect? No! So what do you feel?
