Someone asks if they can leave and she says know and starts ranting about how she is going to call security if she anything else happens. She also said that no one was going anywhere. I raised my hand and politely stated that i was taking a test and needed to return it now. She turns around and absolutely SCREAMS at me. "What is your problem, why cant you leave me alone. Im in a bad mood. You shut the hell up before i call security". I am sitting there thinking "thats it" so i pushed the issue and she, still screaming at me, said "Why are you taking a test in here". I said "Ummmm, because it is STUDY HALL, and i missed it earlier in the week". So she just turned around. I was pissed off, so i got out my hall pass and politely walked up with it filled out. She didn't do anything so i threw it on her desk and walked out. She didn't even right me up. (Thats right asshole). My other teacher (the one i told about the tobacco said that this teacher was getting fired in the near future and if she were to write me up, that they would have a little "chat".

Who is justifying it? There's a way to handle things and get results instead of being a whiney little twerp.

Leper and BigJ, please, by all means suggest ONE OTHER way in which i could go about that situation.
Do keep in mind, that if they were found with this, and i knew that they had it, i could get in suspended for not telling anyone
But seriously go right ahead....

Instead of giving a name, like you did, you go ahead and tell a principle that there is a serious violation of school rules. Under no circumstances do you give any names. Hell, even give the principal the teacher's name. You can say you found an empty tin during study hours, for example.
All you told us is that you told one teacher, and nothing happened as a result of it.
Bullshit. "I'm going to get supsended." All you have to do is say you didn't know it exsisted. Just because you find something disgusting, doesn't mean that others do. From all the stuff you post in FI, its like you get your jollies from doing stuff like this.
The only thing is, i dont want to give the impression of a whiny 17 year old worker. I work and do whatever i am told without question. I have an EXTREMELY good reputation and dont wish to ruin it.
What should i do? I cant work tomorrow and i dont want to call out (Only called out 2x in nearly 2 years of employment).

Aside from ^ that one, none of the other posts where even remotely whining, or ratting someone out. All the other threads had people backing it because the person was either:
A. Spamming uncontrollably
B. Multiple accounts and sending e-mail threats to multiple forum members
C. Using innapropriate remarks which in turn (supported by the AT members) got him a vacation.

You sure you're not that person? Is that why you're proudly banned from NGOHQ forums. Plus, I bet you're a proud snitch too.

Seeing that i got into Tech, i obviously write better than that when i proofread and am actually planning all my sentences out.

I told her today; that is why nothing has happened yet. And she said, i need at least one name. SO reluctantly i told her a name. All she said she would do was tell security to pop in everyonce in a while during this teachers supervision. During that time they may search him or something, but obviously, since he has been caught before with this crap, he is used to it.

Yeah, just dig myself in a hole and lie and say i knew nothing of it. Nevermind the ****** all over the floor. Never mind, they have already been caught once. Never mind they are persuading other kids to do it.
Additionally, i dont know a person who, at the sight of chewing tobacco spit, goes "MMMMMM YUMMY!!". I didn't tell on them because i thought it was disgusting. I told on them because i got sick and tired of having to put up with the crap around me. I also told them because the prospect of me and my friends getting in trouble.
Yeah, you know me i cant WAIT to piss someone off. Nevermind this thread where i say,

If they are typos then you have the most typos of anyone I've ever seen.
That or you are a horrible writer.
I'm guessing the latter.
Who needs to proofreed to caplitalize "I"?
That is a horrible practice to get into. Not using proper capitalization and punctuation can make you look like a complete moron.
This is a problem with this online generation. So many people think that oh well it's okay not to type properly in an IM or email or any computer-based communication. It's a slippery slope and eventually it will be harder to type properly when you need to.
But all of that aside...basically you are a whining, tattleing , sniveling baby man.
The whole thing about you telling that kid to "stop that ******* crap sometime this year" probably didn't happen the way you said it did. I bet that instead of him just cowering at that he probably told you where to stuff it and you probably sat back down and hid.

LOLOLOLOL
Its called minding your own damn business. You stick your nose somewhere one of these days, you won't get it back. (and no, thats not a threat, its advice.)
How about this. If you report a serious rules violation, and the teacher DOESN'T report it to security or the principle, SHE can lose her job. Nothing falls to you about it. And I guess you really didn't tell her very reluctantly if you don't feel bad about being a snitch.
And it wouldn't be lying if you simply refused to give a name, and said that you saw empty tins and dip on the floor.
I guess the only time you DON'T speak up is when someone in a position of authority might be able to do something to you. Otherwise you run your mouth, tattle, and complain to any authority you can.

I'm sure he's going to FPMITAP for doing that. Seriously though, most schools have policies (at least that I've had experience with) of zero tolerance for the use of or posession of tobacco products regardless of age. These kids are underage so what he did wasn't exactly the wrong thing, but it might have been unnecessary. In reality, I'm sure they're going to get whats coming to them later on in life if they think that sneaking chew into school is cool, so really complaining won't do any good in the long run, especially if they are arrogant as he seems to make them sound.
I suggest you relax Gamingphreek, it's better to ignore people that obviously are interested in trouble with you rather than try to spark a possible confrontation, especially when, at least based on my experiences, people breaking the rules might not have a problem breaking something else. Don't take other people's sh!t, but you don't have to be the moral police for everyone either. You'd be suprised where some people will end up due to their poor choices earlier on in life, and attittudes that tend to stick around longer than they should have.![]()

As soon as you get out of school...you won't really have anyone to go whine to.
Kids will say things to do or do things just to get a rise out of you...just to get that reaction. Don't give it to them. Most teachers don't like snitches either.

Yet I think you've used an entire one apostrphe throughout this entire post.
I type very fast...like 70CWPM. With correct punctuation most of the time. Save for my overuse of elipses...but hey.
Oh and about the college accepting you...what college? Most will pretty much take anyone.

In AT and school, you complain like a whiney little brat.
At your work, you bend over and take it in the bum because you "don't want to get anyone mad." I think you're actually afraid of standing up to your bosses like a man because you're afraid of the consequences.
I'm the angry one? I remember you calling me Asshole of the Month in this thread.

You know, if you aren't the asshole of the month, then why dont you prove your integrity and post what Odin and Leper have. Both of them seem to have managed to bring this down to a civil discussion, why do you feel the need to constantly flame me.
