You sound like a broken record. Just because the divorce rate is 50% doesn't mean that the country is falling apart. Part of that 50% is the fact that laws in the 70s and 80s, along with the relaxation of Divorce by the church made it much easier to get a divorce, especially if you are a female. Not to mention the fact that the traditional family has since changed, and working women are greater in number now than in years past. Some men cannot handle that, thus further increasing the divorce rate. Ever think that in the 1950s, being divoced meant being an outcast in the society? The country isnt falling apart, its correcting itself from years of what amounts to, oppression.
