don't worry, you can do it

i was really out of shape, and in 2002 and 2004, i did the L.A. Marathon

42K!

of course, the gut is back and its too late to start training . . . the marathon is on sunday
 
I had a friend run a 60km training route every 3rd day........ so some insane 24 hour relay.

I'll tackle the 10K first 😉

Gah........... cutting back frrom 3 hockey games to 1 is not working for me ......... I guess I have to bite the bullet & cut back on the food 🙁
