at 16 its supposed to hurt. Actually, any time your "first" starts growing apart it hurts. Sometimes that doesn't happen until early 20's.

Chances are you're not going to marry this girl, so in the grand scheme of things it's just a learning experience. Hang out with your friends and forget about having a GF for a while.

Listen to the guys and gals here who tell you she's scandalous. You will move on, and you will find a better girl. It may not be any time soon, but it will surely happen. She's worth not a minute more of your time.

Back when I was 16 (OMFG I sound retarded) a similar situation happened. There was this blond haired blue eyed goddess I casually knew for a few years, but never got the balls to ask out. My junior year an old friend of mine I knew from back in kindergarden transfered over. We hung out a good bit and he got to know her too. Except he had the balls to ask her out. I wasn't jealous in the least bit because it gave me a chance to know her better by hanging with her more. And I had my shot, so I couldn't whine about it.

This girl loved to party, there really were no limits. Eventually she dumped him. One day she just showed up at my house and said she wanted to go out. Man that was a really fun time, she was too f'ing fun and too f'ing good to be true....

Sure she did things I didn't like (hopping in the pool at a party in a bra and thong in front of other guys), but she was with me, and the crazy wild monkey s3x more than made up for anything.

We eventually broke up, and my old friend and I got into a knock down drag out fight over her (lost him as a friend because of the stupid fight. Never, and I mean never get in a fight over a girl).

Years later I ran into her. She looked wasted away. Found out she got into crank, coke, extasy, whatever. Just think of her as the suicidal "Jenny" (but I swear I'm not forrest gump🙂)! She never learned to let go of the parties I guess.

The moral of the story..........enjoy it while it's fun.
 
Because your foolish emotions have gotten in the way of your friendship. She cares about you, but she's not that interested in you. She wants to go out and have fun, and this is what this new guy is to her. Welcome to the friend zone.
 
Well she isnt much of a party girl, she has been drunk only once or twice and doesnt go to many parties. She did want me to go and I probably could, but I dunno if i could look at this guy without wanting to beat his a$$. She still hasnt cleared going to party with her parents, so maybe her parents wont let her go.

I dont think I would go as far as calling the cops on this kid.

We have been through alot together and I dont think I am in the friend zone yet. Ill just talk to her some more about it and see what happens.

oh and i have pulled many moves on her.
 
I concur with Lifer that she's probably more interested in the new guy at this point than with the OP.

However, I'd say the best you can hope for is that she gets drunk, passes out, has sex with the guy, and gets an STD. Poetic justice, and then NO ONE will want to sleep with her! 😀
 
First of all you guys shouldnt be advising him to go get drunk as a 16yr old, i think we know he will have plenty of time for that in years to come.

I like the idea of calling the cops hehe 🙂
 
Well it ends up that her parents arent letting her go and she says she doesnt feel like going anymore. So after talking to her its straight now.
 
Keep a look out...and there is not much what you can do. You are not married to her or having a relationship with her thus there are no obligation to be faithful to each other.

Great, did you invite her over to your house? Did you find someone to buy you some beer and get her drunk yourself so you can do what the other guy wanted to do? Well? I thought not, you're her friend, like a brother, or a gay friend.
