YAGT: Suggested to eat dinner at Friday's tonight......

She said she doesn't eat "low class food". Wow, just realized what a stuck up b**** this girl is.

I wish you posted every little detail of your failed romantic life on this forum.....oh wait, nevermind!

Where did you originally suggest you eat? Obviously, she didn't like the idea and replied with that "I don't eat low class food" comment.

TGIFriday's = high class place *tee-hee-hee* Young people are so cute. 🙂

It's pretty average for food, but I'd not even waste my time with someone so shallow.. maybe if you asked to take her to a truckstop diner or something, but seriously wtf, call her out.

On behalf of us Canadians and other non-U.S. residents, your thread topic is very confusing. 🙁

(We don't have this "Friday's" restaurant up here.)

never take a date to a chain restaraunt

Cocktails and appetizers after a movie, sure. But for a meal. I don't think so!

SOunds like you need to take this girl somewhere nice, and then after you order, go to the bathroom and never come back. Stick her with the bill and finding her ass a way to get home.

Don't worry, the name of the restaurant isn't even Friday's. It is T.G.I.Fridays. If people would use the proper name, confusion would be ended.

T.G.I.Friday's is very much like any typical American family (non-fast food) medium quality restaurant. You can get steaks, burgers, or a chicken dish (often all with fries and a soda). The only difference is that it is priced in the upper range of that category.

If you live in a small town, T.G.I.Friday's may be the best available food. And thus, it would be the most expensive and considered high class. If you live in a large city, it's fairly cheap and is not considered high class. For the posters complaining about "high class" above, don't assume your local area applies to everyone (otherwise you just look like an idiot).

Personally, I've never been impressed. There are better restaurants in its class for less money. Their only redeeming feature is that they serve the Flat Iron steak cut. Its my favorite cut (very cheap, full of flavor, but the tenderness of a Filet).

Their food is awful...to me anyways. Friday's is high class😕

Not high class but I don't think its low class. I would think its average.

I would take her to Chachkys instead.
Tchotchke's

I figured someone had the time to look for the spelling on that. Thanks.

While one could simply tell her you don't like her attitude and have decided not to see her anymore, I like this spiteful, passive-agressive alternative. It's funnier.
