is there a nice lake or river or reservoir around? rent or borrow a canoe ( a sailboat if you can manage it), and paddle/sail around on the water for a while...
very relaxing..very nice way to spend time together..should be very expensive.

then cook her a meal at home...the rest will happen...

rent some videos/dvd's and watch a movie at home later..

then take her to a brunch the next day..hang out
