Is this guy trolling? It seems it's every week that he posts about his "girlfriend" hanging out alone with random guys. He's either a troll or a mega sucker.
I also find it wierd a "different group of friends" managed to get ahold of her... yet she was unable to get ahold of you until she was done chilling with them.
I dunno, it's becoming more and more normal. I know plenty of other girls with BFs who don't know where that line is. They dont know because they ARE completely innocent. They don't truly understand the way guys are.
Thankfully, my gf doesn't usually give me headaches with this, and I likewise do the same. Because she knows how guys are, and I obviously do as well.
I have been in your shoes. I too was in denial. I was 100% sure she wasn't cheating... blasted my friends that suggested that she was despite the obvious signs (dead cell phones, etc). I learned the hard way...

I have female friends and we hang out all the time. It's not a big deal.
You should sit down with her and explain that you are a jealous, insecure wuss and you need to know where she is 24/7, because you're afraid that she'll find someone better (which at this point wouldn't be difficult).

Everyones gonna think I'm an ass, but years ago I was with a girl that was in a relationship and I was tapping it on the side, I saw her use the "my battery is dead" excuse so many times on her bf it's not even funny, yet he was a sucker and a push over and always looked the other way or always forgave her, if I were in her bf's shoes I would have kicked my ass and put my foot down with her or broke things off.
Either way you're being played, acting all innocent of it doesn't mean she doesn't realize what shes doing, you need to say whats up to her and if she pulls some B.S. "but I had no way of calling" shyte, then tell her you're going to put things on hold to think about the relationship or just all together break it off and be done with it.
