First thought that flashed through my mind when I saw her pic is that she looks like that kid in the mad max movie, the kid with the boomerang

My personal opinion is that I would be pretty pissed if my boyfriend did that. Someone said this, "It says a lot about your relationship when you're doing stuff behind your g/f's back." and I agree with it. You should be trying to communicate more with your gf before trying to make other girl friends. I know you said that you were just looking to meet a pen pal, but this one is a female and it does make a difference. Would you care if your gf came to you and told you that she went to an online personals site and met a guy....even if in her ad she wanted a male or female pen pal?

If she gives you heat about looking around at online personals, just tell her you were bored, that your only intention was to kill boredom, that you feel kinda weird about it, and reassure her that you adore her. If she trusts you, I don't imagine it should be any problem. Good luck.

a hard ass would come back with a comment like - Well if you were bored and looking at online personals, I'd hate to think of what else you might do when you are bored.

OP - WTF looks at online personals, seriously though dude. That's like trying to get away with the line "My dïck accidently fell into her." I hope she is understanding. So chicks would go balistic on your ass.

I don't see the correlation between seeking online penpals and having my dick accidentally fall into someone.. I'm bored because I simply lost most of my friends lately (they either moved away or I just lost touch with them)... so I only have 3 good friends and all of them go to ultra competitive colleges (including my gf) so I'm bored pretty often... So it's human interaction and not sexual interaction that I'm lacking - I don't think it's something to be ashamed of nor do I think my gf would care.. If I saw this girl in a class and started talking to her she would be cool with it.. It's the online profile factor that's troubling, I guess.. My best friend is female and my gf loves her - in fact, most of my friends have been female.. Again, it's just the online factor that'll get my ass kicked I think...
