TheHeartless - whatever else you guys do together or whatever you've gotten out of this friendship, he's doing his darndest to try to lose you right now, whether that's because of something you've done / are doing or because of something up with him. It really doesn't matter which - your best move would be to simply go ahead and leave him alone, because he's not giving you any room to patch this up.
Lithium, sounds like you may have or have had some justification for thinking she's "stalking" you, but this was the most absurd way possible to get her to stop. Want to make it easier for her? Tell her exactly what you want her to do - "don't call me, talk to me, think about me, etc.", or "let's only hang out when we're in a group of friends" or something. It doesn't sound from her posts like you've made it very clear to her what level of relationship you'd like to have. Since there isn't much she can do to maintain a relationship if you don't want to, that's the best way for you to get out of this.
