Also, after seeing quite a few gunshot victims, I'll never own another 9mm, they seem to have no stopping power... Matter of fact, I had another 9mm shooting victim walk in & out of the ER this week...

Wouldn't shot placement have a lot of bearing on that?

I had a cheating couple come in, one of them had been hit in the neck (slug still in the neck) by a 9mm slug & freaking walked into the ER with a washcloth over the wound.

Did they use a 9mm sling shot or what?

Beretta 9mm. Or two. Or three.

what is this, counter strike?

Don't forget the flash bangs.

Berettas have been around long before Counter-Strike. Many police forces and detective Tequila also use them.

And no, 9mm don't have a whole lot of stopping power but they're cheap and so is the ammo.

Yeah, but buying two or three?

I'm thinking Kahr PM9!

Kahrs are pretty nice guns. Kahr and Kimber are kind of the mainstay of my friends little group of shooters. Personally I have no use for any more pistols...my glock for duty carry and my taurus for ccw. I might someday pick up a sig, just to say I own one. I could use a few new long guns though. 😎

Reviews are good, but I've always prefered a small revolver for pocket carry, and since it would see lots of wear I think I'd get a Taurus PROTECTOR MODEL 651 .357 Mag. REVOLVER IN TOTAL TITANIUM

I'm not a big fan of the 9mm either but if you need a small concealable handgun I think a gun like this is better than some of the alternatives chambered in .380 or .32 ACP.

Berettas are overpriced, but they LOOK a lot better than other 9mm/.40 handguns if you ask me.

Yeah I know most police forces have moved to .40 pistols. I just think Berettas are pretty, and if you pack one of those illegal clips that hold more than 10 shots you shouldn't have any problem killing some burglar in your house unless you can't aim for crap.

My aunt had to get a .357 magnum to kill BEARS that wandered too close to her house in Montana.

I can't see anybody getting hit in the neck with a 127 grain Winchester Ranger T +P+ or some of the hotter loads from Cor-Bon, Speer or Federal walking in with a towel on thier neck. The 9mm gets a bad rap because it sucks when you use Ball ammo. But in reality a 9mm is about the same size as a .38 or .357 it all depends on how heavy it is and how fast you push it.🙂

True dat. I don't personally care if you hit me with a .22, if I've been shot I plan on screaming, wimpering and generally carrying on like a little girl. Shot is shot. 😎

The 92 is way overrated.

WAYYYY overrated.

You can kill a man with a 92, if you throw it at him hard enough.

The thing is a brick with a trigger that has a lot of slop and is heavier than oprah.

What kind of ammo? 115 grain FMJ or GDHP's?
