Beretta 9mm. Or two. Or three.

The 92 is way overrated.

Yep, I've owned a 92 and a 96.

There are far better pistols for the money on the market. I bought them because I got a really good deal from a friend who was moving.

Reviews are good, but I've always prefered a small revolver for pocket carry, and since it would see lots of wear I think I'd get a Taurus PROTECTOR MODEL 651 .357 Mag. REVOLVER IN TOTAL TITANIUM

Also, after seeing quite a few gunshot victims, I'll never own another 9mm, they seem to have no stopping power... Matter of fact, I had another 9mm shooting victim walk in & out of the ER this week...

The 127 grain Winchester Ranger T +P+ should provide enough energy, just need to make sure the pistol is strong enough to take the increased pressure.

what is this, counter strike?

Don't forget the flash bangs.

Berettas have been around long before Counter-Strike. Many police forces and detective Tequila also use them.

And no, 9mm don't have a whole lot of stopping power but they're cheap and so is the ammo.

Nearly every police force has long since dumped them for Glocks or Sigs in .40S&W or .357SIG

Wouldn't shot placement have a lot of bearing on that?

What I don't like is tht the gun is marketed as a concealed carry weapon, I don't think the 9mm is worth a sh1t as a defensive weapon unless you're planning on doing close head shots which is highly unlikely in a defensivc situation, plus I don't want to sit in front of a grand jury ever & explain that "Yeah I shot him in the head, it was the only way I could be sure to stop the bad guy with that gun."
