Call her, set up another date. This time, make it an evening thing. Get ice-cream, take a stroll through a park - plenty of conversation.
Evening dates/Early Morning dates work best for me.

(I used to work night shifts and have been on a few 5:00AM dates, right after I got off work - they were the best!)
