I'd say it to her now before
a) she 'recovers' and then has this blow up in her face
b) this offers her incentive to actually clean her life up
if someone means enough to you you'll push heaven and earth to change for them.. if they don't change then you know you dodged a major bullet, because otherwise you'd be going through her crap with her.

I have not been on anand for over a day before..... Wednesday morning 1:35 I get a phone call from Karen, i pick up and no response. hung up and tried to call her but she called me at the same time so my phone locked. then i get a txt saying "HELP!!!!!!!!" so i call again and this time it goes through and i hear a struggle between her and her ex of course and the phoen goes dead. I get dressed and rush to her house calling the whole way and txting with no answer. I get there and there are 4 cop cars so i run to the door and i see they are talking to her ex. Police right away ask what i am doing etc and i tell them and they get all my info and next thing i know there is an ambulance there for the ex-bf. 4 cop cars turn into 7, 14 cops, and no one knows if she is ok cuz they have not even entered the building yet! they tell me to stand off by the bus stop and they will let me know when they find something out. 15 mins go by and they come to ask me how to get in the building! where the entrances are, etc etc. They finally get in and another 15 mins later come to tell me she is ok. I stand out in the 47° weather for a total of an hour before one of the cops comes and tells me i can wait int he lobby of the buiilding. The ambulance took away the ex who was holding up his shirt and very slyly flipped me off as he left. After waiting int he lobby another hour they finally let me go up to see her after taking pics etc. She was crying, her apt was a mess, blood everywhere. Turns out he came over drunk, wouldn't leave, started verablly harassing her, when she tried to leave her wouldn't let her, slammed her against the wall, threw her down on the marble floor of her kitchen twice (she has 3 huge bumps on her head), when she tried calling for help she was only able to get the last person she txt (me) before he took the battery out of the phone and hid the phone. She ended up grabbing a knife and threatning for him to leave and he walked into it and stabbed himself. We don't think it was bad but cops said it was 3", not sure if 3" deep or just 3" long. he ended up stomping on her laptop when she tried to use it to get help so that's broken, broke her phone, broke her new 2gb nano, and after being stabbed started throwing food and dishes all over. I helped clean up, stayed the night, and took her to the courst house after 4 hours of sleep for her to get her retraining order (cops gave her a 5 day one). Last we know of him was he was supposed to go to jail after the hospital. His car is still parked outside her building (with a parking ticket) and it has been about 30.5 hours since he was taken away. I spent last night too cuz his car was still there, i left this morning when she had to leave for work.

dang son. think its time to get a new gf. this one seems like wayyyyy too much trouble for what she has been doing ( going back to her ex boyfriend). oh and if it ever comes to you and the ex fighting make sure u got a baseball bat wit u. then u can smack em in the face wit it and then stomp his ass. just my personal advice.... take it or leave it.

Clearly, he's got his own issues to deal with before he worries about psychotic ho-bitches.
i try and avoid drama, i hate it. mmy best relationship had drama at only 1 point and that was it and for the first year and a half there wasn't any. at the first sign of drama i run. with this girl the drama started showing up too late to where i had already started carring. now it is over but i am still there for her as long as she needs it and willing to get better (like if she invited her ex again and called me for help i wouldn't go, how is that making her better)

My experiences have been that in the long run it best to accept people for who they are instead demanding that they meet my expectations.
You can not change her. If you do not like how she behaves, save her and yourself alot of trouble and move on.
