After I broke up from a nearly 7 year long relationship I've been busy playing catch up, which lead to more frustration that I can deal with. One girl.. That's a novel idea. You're right, it's the mature thing to do and me trying to chase 5 or more girls at once is immature.. I accept that.

ideally you shouldn't be chasing any girls right now. You are mid 20's right? focus on yourself and your career. Girls will pop in and out from time to time make some room for them but certainly now is not the time to chase or get caught up in any girl drama. Just bide your time until your early thirties when you've got success, health and wealth. You will literally have to beat the girls away with a stick.

Good advice. I wouldn't turn down the chance if the "right" girl (if there is such a thing) comes a long, but yeah, focusing on bettering yourself is a good way to attract the right type of women.

Hah, I honestly felt that canceling on her was not only the right thing to do but empowering - I'm not her little toy this time. Not saying I wouldn't date her if that is what happens, but I shouldn't just hook up with her and think of her just as a number. Where's that going to get me?
