contribute or not. that would be "or not".

People obsessing over gas prices are only helping fuel the fire that keeps on raising the prices to begin with. Gas costs a lot of money now, and will continue to cost a lot of money in the short term there is no point in wasting effort obsessing about it IMO. Either drive and deal with the prices, or get over it and buy a bike/ride public transportation.

no one is "obsessing over gas prices". i just asked if it had hit $5/gal anywhere else.

you actually think us talking about gas prices is the reason they keep rising?

I saw $4.49 at a gas station that was just off the highway in my area last weekend.

Most other places are still around $3.99 though.

The fuel light hasn't come on yet on my motorcycle. I might fill up tonight just to see what gas prices are like. Last Friday when I filled the Maxima it was $4.61/gallon for premium...I still have over half a tank in it though so I probably won't fill it until next weekend.

$3.99 in Erie, PA.

I'm sure glad Bush said that gas prices weren't going to go this high.
Thank god that was averted.

Put pressure on your Senators and Congressman to lift the ban on the exploration and drilling along the East Coast, West Coast, Florida Coast, ANWR, and oil shale fields in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. See sig.

6-14-2008 Japan unveils water powered car

Water-fuel car unveiled in Japan

Japanese company Genepax presents its eco-friendly car that runs on nothing but water.

The car has an energy generator that extracts hydrogen from water that is poured into the car's tank.

The generator then releases electrons that produce electric power to run the car.

Genepax, the company that invented the technology, aims to collaborate with Japanese manufacturers to mass produce it.

I paid $4.05 yesterday for premium. I think regular was $3.89. Costco gas FTW!

The maker of that water car better hire some bodyguards.
