So my fiancee and I want to start working out, but we both are out of the house from around 7:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night. We figured out the only real time we can exercise is after 6:00 PM at night. What is the best way to fit in dinner and exercise? Should we exercise right when we get home, then make dinner and eat? We have a treadmill and elliptical in the house right now, which we want to start working out with.
