I can't stand working out early in the morning. I am very sluggish at that time and am in no way a morning person. When I get home I am full of energy (usually) and do my running around 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. typically. After sitting on my ass on slow days there is nothing better than getting some fresh air and time to myself.

Rarely will I run right after eating because that's an uncomfortable experience to me. I will do my cardio then eat a little while afterward because immediately after excercising I don't have much of an appetite.

As others have said if you're dedicated you WILL find time to do it even if that means going against what you like doing which in our case is getting up early to excercise. If I had to I would.

Eat a snack when you leave from work, work out when you get home, eat dinner, rinse, repeat.
