I used to do that, but after hearing a lot from some auto forums that using premium gas on cars that requires only reguar gas would provide no benefit whatsoever, I stopped wasting money on premium gas.

2000 Ford Focus:

K&N Airfilter (stock filter size)
Removed Resonator!
Took off the hubcaps. So the car is all gold and black (steel black rims) now.. looks good.

If anything its the K&N, and its more than what i need.

I have a paper model of my car on my dashboard, and a sticker that says "N" on the back (for new driver). Mazda Protege5 looks sorta pre-riced from the factory to me, with the big front bumper, side skirts, big fog lamps, and roof spoiler.

05 mazda 3s

TWM short shift, voodoo knob, custom faux leather boot (it was free, what can i say)
progress springs and rear sway
front strut and rear tie (front strut was probably useless w/o having coilovers, but we'll see)
BFG KDW-2's

I was going to go w/ coilovers w/in a year or so... but have decided to save for an old miata instead. it'll take a lot longer, but it'll be one fun dedicated auto-x/weekend car.

Nice. Is it the supercharged one? That is a seriously underrated car.

No - they didn't start making them until '88 -- I have the 16v 4AGE making a whopping 112hp. Low compression in cyl4..may have to fix it this spring. It'll get up and go very well for such a small engine, though - it sounds awesome at 7500rpm.. :D

thanks for the link, except I'm looking for CF dash for my STi not the 6.
anyway, here's quote from their website:
Backed with 3M low-profile automotive adhesive, the Sherwood dash kit installs with minimal effort
does it mean it sticks on top of the existing dash? if it's the case definately that's not what i want

Yes - it's an overlay. I haven't seen too many (can't think of any, actually) full carbon fiber dash kits -- all I know of are overlays.

That doesn't mean they don't exist, though :)

The carbon fiber stuff on my dash is fake and I guess it was an option on the previous RS's and basically no one bought it so to clear out the huge stock of it they made it standard on the 01' RS.

Well I immediately changed the cushiony seat for a leather Brooks saddle. I added a couple of Blackburn racks, a nice handlebar bag, a behind the seat tool bag, a Zephal frame pump, and a Miracle left hand rear view mirror.

Fixed. SHO is not a make or model of car. You have a Ford Taurus.

Oh, and tint is not a mod. Sorry.
