YACT: How are Midas and/or Meineke shops? Now brake lights don't work!

That is very peculiar. Simply taking off the wheels and replacing the pads certainly should not affect brake lights going on or off...In any case, aren't you glad you did it yourself? 🙂
 
Oddly enough, in my Dad's '87 Camry, the switch is setup as Normally Closed.

So it's on the opposite side of the brake pedal, closest to the driver. When you push on the brakes, the pedal lever moves downward, releases the switch and the lights come on.

Trust me, I had to replace it. What a pain in the ass, lol.

So there's a switch somewhere underneath the pedal itself I need to look at?
