At any rate, I knew people like that. I feel sorry for them more than anything. The material things they receive are usually a substitute for a real relationship with their parents. Their father is normally gone all the time to make the money for the toys. Aside from that, they usually don't learn the value of money and hard work. Makes it hard later on in life.
No idea about the insurance/plate part, but I totally agree with the parent relationship comment. They are very cold with each other and cuss each other out, and he almost never sees his dad because he's working 12 hours a day making sure his mom doesn't have to work and drive a Jaguar and a Mercedes S550 and his son drives a Mercedes C63 AMG, after he totalled his mom's Jaguar (racing, yet again).
