Well Im quite upset today. I go to read a number of threads today about people getting robbed. I then proceed to read each post and I come to realize that there are allot of people upset with blacks because they have been robbed by someone black. WELL LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT for those who seem to have it confused. WHITE MEN ROBB, ASAIN MEN ROB, Native American MEN ROB, Hispanic MEN ROB. Remember all criminals are not blacks! Also I feel bad that so many of you in the SOL CAL area have had such negative experiences with blacks. I for one wish that you could come out east or in the south where there are a great deal of black americans who are hard working family loving and law abiding people.

I agree with Bill totally however I still dont think its a good excuse to use blanket racism on all blacks.

I think it's cause most of America gets their "exposure" to the African American community through rap and it's all about abusing women, doing drugs, robbing people, shooting cops and murdering people. I hate to say it but when a community idolozes "thugs" and "gangsters" that's what everyone will view them as. I know not everyone idolozes rappers and for the most part it's only teenagers, however most people are already biased and you throw rappers into the mix and everyone gets the wrong impression.

I know none of that really helps but maybe you could understand it a little more? I dunno...

EDIT: I have a lot of black friends but when I'm walking down the street and I see a cadilac with 2 or 3 black guys in it listening to music that's all about killing people yeah I'm lookin over my shoulder, I think most anyone would...

Kind of makes sense when blacks constitute only 12-13% of the US population that the majority of prisoners are white.

Don't take it personal. Human nature is to disparage and notice something different and foriegn. If your robbed or even slighted by a different race it stands out and people use it as "examples" more often.

Maybe if influential blacks such as Jesse Jackson and others become better role models.
I seriously would've picked him as the modern-day black role-model until I found out he had illegitamite kids :|

Mike Tyson would've been a great role model; young thug who comes clean to become the world champion. Then he gets charged for rape, bashed for his beastial-like conduct in the ring (the ears! go for the ears!, and then ends up pennyless.

*Sigh.... listening to Louis Armstrong "What a Wonderful World" sure brings back memories...

LOL, In Quebec It's the Hells Angels who are consider Public Enemy #1. Can you imagine coming face to face with a French Speaking 1%er named Francios or Marcel? Those guys are nuts up there. Some of them who have been put behind bars have been acccredited with over 20 murders each.. well at least according the the RCMP.
