XP-120 vs. Hyper 6 vs. Zalman--- Link to Review

Nice review.

I still think Zalman 7000 offers great bang for the buck as it costs between $26-29 Here

While being competitive with the big boys which cost a lot more once you include the cost of a $10 fan.

I agree. I have the Zalman 7000AlCu that I was contemplating selling for an XP-120, but I'm not so sure now after seeing that review. Do you think 3-4C will make much difference? I'm hoping to oc a 3500+ Winchester to ~2.6 with 24/7 stable temps and I'm hoping I can just use the Zalman.

The problem with the 7700 is the weight and height. Other than that, it's easily the best bang for the buck. Although personally, I'd rather just choose my own fan seperately.

A quick question...

I see the CNPS7700-Cu and the CNPS7700-AlCu on Zalman's site, and my question is, which one is the better cooler?

Copper > Aluminum. The Cu has the most copper between the 2 but @ a price...

And for a greater weight. The pure copper one weighs a whole lot more than the Aluminum/Copper one does. But I own the CNPS7000-Cu and I haven't had any problems with it being too heavy for the motherboard.
