One other thing to take into account is that with many X800GTO's you can flash the BIOS & turn the card into a full 16-pipe X800XT which will beat out a 6800 Ultra, however I'm not sure the Powercolor cards will allow this & the process does have the potential to kill the card if somthing goes wrong.
The best bet currently in an entry level gaming card is the 7600GT which will also outperform a 6800 Ultra while running cooler & drawing less power then any of the above... this EVGA model is a bit more expensive then the used X800GTO @ $129 with a $20 MIR.
