I haven't read that!!! If actually I think it is closer to dead on then the consistent temp reporting problem boards like Asus and Abit....I am loading at 49-50c now ( 2instance of FH always running) and the hsf is warm at best...It says my case is 24c (room is about 21-22 constant) which seems dead on cause the exhaust air is cool as room temp....
first of all you are reporting fahrenheit not celsius...90f = 32c....114f is 45.6c....those are not bad but your idle is a bit high which is either indicative of high room temp or poor case cooling....Neo2's get a bad rap cause corecneter suxs arse...use fanspeed or use S&M program which has a nice monitoring app that will record...
There was a cpu sensor fix inthe bios version 1.8, but it was to fix a bug that was creted in the 1.6 bios.....I have seen pretty much same test form bios 1.3,1.37mod,1.41mod,1.5,1.51mos,1.6,1.62,1.8,1.9b5,1.9b6,1.9b7r2,1.9b8,1.9,and finally 1A3
