If we do get one by some miracle we will only get 100 bucks, that's for those of us on not on salary. A weeks pay would be nice but not happening.
What i don't understand is how they didnt give any last year when the company keeps making profit each year.

They don't call it a bonus, the like to call it incentive pay.
Last year it worked out to about 3 or 4 weeks pay.

And I don't know if I'll be getting one this year.

Normally, all I get is four hours leave. This year I get 1% of my gross income, which I'm sure will be pittance after they rape.. er... I mean tax it.

Yes....normally our bonus is 5% of our salary. Plus since I'm in management I get an end of year bonus as well..

we have something called Stakeholders which is like a company performance based incentive payout. The final payout numbers are announced in Dec and we get it in Jan. It can be anywere from 15-40% of the salary for the year. The downside is lots of people quit in Feb.

I had similar sentiments when I saw the ad. Maybe it's the ears. I don't really feel like boning spock though, so it's probably not.
