All my company does is a Christmas party, which isn't bad, but personally, I'd prefer $50-$100 in my pocket to the party. Besides, the party's less than 48hrs before my exam 🙁

I have 8 years under my belt and I think I'll be getting $50 this year.

When I was in college and worked part time for a small business, I did get Chrismas bonus for about $100. After that, I worked for my first real job, we never had any bonus but we did have Chrismas party and we were off from Chrismas to New Year with pay. We did have incentitives if we meet Quality and Production numbers .

We don't have any bonus and no day off at the current company but we do have incentive pay for every quarter if we met the quota.

Christmas bonus as in free money? Or money you had to earn for, in terms of annual performance bonus?

Last pay cheque was $2200 and $600 of which went to the government 🙁

We received $25 for a Thanksgiving turkey and $100 for Christmas about a week ago.

What's nice is, that's after taxes.

naturally, I was stuck running my department solo the entire time :| (seems to happen with every corporate function... they rented out a theater for everyone to watch Kill Bill 2, and I was likewise stuck working solo /cry )

I have my company X-mas party tonight, we are all going to leave in about an hour for it.

Tonight i will know if i get a bonus or not. i still don't think i will, usually we have our x-mas party at the company but this year at a restaurant so since that's costing them more that's our bonus.

Same here ... we can get performance bonuses any time of year though. I ussually average about $1500 - $2000/year.
