Are you good with audio editing?

Record yourself on your computer.. make it sound like it's important.. like say "this is bla bla from emergency services"...
do some editing to the audio so that it sounds like a lo-fi recording..
then say 'we just got reports that an assassin has been hired to kill you". "Call the police emediatly at this #"(pay phone that you are standing by)

When the phone rings answer and yell "gotcha ya, better hide" then hang up.
Maybe he will think you traced in on his phone or something. Either way it will mess with is head probably.
