yep, exactly how it came.

the cpu was sitting on top of the socket plug in, not even plugged in. the heatsink is what fvcked it up.

i just sent the seller pm saying i'm returning it. he shipped first since he was low on heat. i don't think he was trying to troll me but i'm guessing he is very young or unskilled in shipping.

i feel bad for him🙁
 
chicks don't dig guys who are unskilled in shipping, i think he'll be a lonely lonely nerd

Good thing he shipped first though and your only out of your own time waiting and not money.
If thats what someone thinks is acceptable packaging then they have no business even trading/selling.
 
i didn't really know if i should make a thread about it.

i'm going out on a limb and saying i think it worked fine before he shipped it. i've never had anything like this happen.

i feel bad for him but i guess he will learn.

i really don't think he is out to troll anyone, i'm guessing he just doesn't know sh1t abuot shipping.

Regardless, common sense says that packaging is straight ass. Post it in the FS/FT forum. Dont post it as an attack, just post it as a PSA.

I have done it for the same reason and it provides those who dont know with the know😉
