It might just be the moustach on her avatar, I dunno. Is she Italian? ;)

Was this him?

Gave me some too and a free car wash cert.

Everyone thinks he's retarded, so I thought "this is perfect". I start walking towards his car. I had no idea what he was doing and he rolls the window down. I hand him the $40 Macy's gift card and tell him that God told me to give it to him (since he's "slow", I figured this would make him happy and feel special). He told me he couldn't take it and that I should give it to somebody else that really needs it. Who needs it more than the mentally handicapped, seriously? I said that because God told me to do this then I had to give it to him, thinking the fear of God would scare him so abd he'd shit his Depends. So he thanked me and I walked away.

Besides his retardedness, he's OK most of the time. However, he did give me a dead cat in a shoebox a couple of months ago for me helping him out with something at work.

If he has to wear Depends then that's fine with me, as long as he changes them when he has an accident. I was kind of taken aback when a retard tried to tell me what to do. I mean, isn't that what we are supposed to do to them? And before anybody says it, I'm not going to our supervisor and saying anything because I don't want to get fired for picking on a retard.

So ATOT, how would you have handled it?

ATOT would have asked 'as a retard, how did you diagnose your giftee as one?'

So I pull in to work this morning and I'm sitting in my car waiting for this radio skit to finish when one of my more weirder co-workers comes out of the building and starts walking towards my car. I had no idea what she wanted and rolled the window down. She handed me a $40 Macy's gift card and told me that God told her to give it to me. I told her I couldn't take it and that she should give it to somebody else that really needs it but she wouldn't have any of that. She said that because God told her to do this then she had to give it to me. So I thanked her and she walked away.

Besides her super-religiousness, she's OK most of the time. However, she did give me a $20 Starbucks gift card a couple of months ago for me helping her out with something at work.

If she's all into God then that's fine with me -- I don't care. But I really didn't appreciate that this morning. And before anybody says it, I'm not going to our supervisor and saying anything because I don't want to get things stirred up.

So ATOT, how would you have handled it?

Wait... you're insulted because a religious person handed you $40 out of the goodness of her heart?
