ok this is how it goes. My sister is declared spelling bee winner at her middle school. But the next day, the principal tells her that she had to spell two more words before she would've been declared the winner. So i was like, ok, going to be a rematch between the two. But GUESS WHAT?! Instead, they're going to send the other person instead, because its her last year there (8th grade), and my sister is just coming along. WTFWTWFWFWTWEFWFWAFWAFWTSFWw
 
you should sue the school for emotional damage and the monies that may become availible in her future life as a spelling bee champ.

About 10-15 million would be good i think.

and the thing is, i went to this freaking middle school 2 years ago! A lot of the teachers know me there. I totally expected for there to be a rematch but WTF is this? I was originally going to call immediately after my sister told me this, but just then my dad called and i told him the whole thing. He told me that this is how it was going to be and i'd have to just live with it because we're chinese. WTF

Wait 10 something years and invite everyone that was present at that spelling bee back for a rematch. Have your daughter cheat and hope the teacher doesn't catch you/or screw it up again. When you lose, have your daughter express her lack of compassion to humanity and say it wasn't worth it in the first place. (PS: Make sure her children isn't hiding in the bathroom stall when expressing that lack of compassion)

the thing i'm afraid is, if i get them to send my sister to compete instead, and she loses, lots of her friends will like rant on her and stuff

yea, we always get the shaft. Choose your battles. It would be awkward for your sister to sue if she has to be there another 3 years.

we only hearing one side of the story here, but if its like you say it is, threaten suit, they will crack like no other. Though if your sister is unwanting of the title of the girl you sued the school, then its not worth it. If she could care less, go for it.
