yes I am. IF the water ballon DOES hit someone it's highly impossible that they're gonna DIE. If the bullet DOES hit someone it's highly possible that they're gonna DIE.

meh, whats past is past...yeah, seeing your kid cry over the pumpkin is sad, but it's a pumpkin...no harm done.

though, if someone nailed me with a waterballon (and I didnt know them), I'd have to kick some ass.

How does that differ from graffiti on a billboard or someone's building?

different and not different... it's like TP'ing someones house...your pumpkin guts clean up rather nicely. Spray Paint does not.
