Johnny Cash is awesome! screw your shitty Pnik Floyd station.

My "Grateful Dead station" (which more or less regularly plays Floyd and Johnny Cash), pisses me off when it plays Tom Petty, despite my regular thumbs down of that hack's music.

Pandora really seems to get a stiffy for a few artists. My hard rock station (Tool, Isis, Metallica, Nirvana, The Who, a few others) plays more White Stripes and Black Keys than anything else.

Wish they had a scrobbler.
 
I create various relaxing channels. Jazz, soft piano, etc. After a few weeks, they'll eventually play that one Taoi Cruz song and then slowly play more and more pop and hip hop. I have to recreate the channels every few weeks.

I don't ever vote anything up or down, so maybe it doesn't learn my preference and just plays me what other people like. Dunno.
 
Since its free, you are not allowed to complain about it. So, don't use Pandora, then maybe they won't go bankrupt as quickly.
 
They're from the same era. I personally like things like that mixed in.

BTW- if you want a rockin' Pandora channel, make one called Eddie Cochrane. My kids were even jamming out to it by the pool the other day 🙂

LOL- I'm a fellow Tom Petty hater. Something about his voice makes me want to mail him a punch in the neck.
 
It's so funny you posted this, last night I downrated "Hurt" on my Pink Floyd channel because I didn't want it in that channel, then it played "Ring of Fire" an hour later😵
 
Fuck, at least all your commercials are in english. I don't know wtf I did but all my commercials are in mexican, annoying as fuck.
